About the preview

riff helps adults organize strength training, follow workouts, and record results. The demonstrations show a development version of the iPhone app with fictional demo data. Availability and final release details have not been announced.

The demonstrations explain app controls. They are not a workout prescription, a measurement of your exercise, or a promise of results. Guided movement cues do not detect or record repetitions for you.

Updates and riff plus

An updates request is permission to receive news about riff. It does not guarantee an invitation, a release date, or access to a paid plan. Purchases are not open. No price, trial, or subscription is offered on this website.

Features identified as riff plus belong to that tier even when a development build allows them to be explored while purchases are paused.
